Who we are

SNAQ UP!, a food business operator licensed under FSSAI Licence No. 21525008001107.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of all taxes. A single 30 g pack carries an MRP of ₹40.

Order totals are calculated and confirmed on our servers at the time you place the order. If a price or stock error is discovered, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

An order is only confirmed once payment is successfully received.

Discount codes

Discount codes are valid only for the campaigns they were issued for and cannot be combined.

Product information

Pack images are representative. Ingredients, allergens and nutrition information are listed on each flavour page and on the pack; always read the pack before consuming.

Our products are manufactured in a facility that also handles cereals and pulses.

Shipping, returns and refunds

These are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, which form part of these terms.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to Indian courts.
